What type of software do you recommend for a smaller management company with less than 150 units? I would like something that is easier than our current setup and affordable.

This is great stuff, Aimee! I am often amazed that folks in our industry don’t see the value in technology, especially functional and accessible web applications.

As with most industries, the bigger companies “get it”, but the mom & pops are often slow in recognizing the value certain tools can bring to their business. In truth, it’s more important to smaller property managers and landlords to use all the technological resources they can, because they tend to wear so many different hats and have so many more distractions throughout their daily business activities.
