Get More Done, In Less Time. Step One – Use Gmail

Here are some videos we’ve created to help you get started using free collaboration tools from Google. These will help you find ways to work better, faster and get more done (it is truly possible!).

The great thing about these collaboration tools from Google is that they are free and web-based so you don’t need to own special hardware or complicated software to get more efficient and more easily work with your colleagues. Here is a plan to get you started.

Week 1 – Start with Email: Watch these videos on moving to Google Email (Gmail). You can keep your company domain name (@yourcompany.com), it is accessible from anywhere you are and you might find ways to save money by getting rid of your email servers.

We use Gmail for our company emails and calendars at my company (AppFolio) and it is great – I can access everything from my home, office or iPhone and we spend $0 for email or calendar servers!
