    Nice presentation. Many big nails hit right on the head. You make it sound simple! And maybe it is… you just have to concentrate on the fundamentals and not get distracted by all the bad examples out there.

    Jeremy – Websites should be simple :) At least simple for people to use and understand. It is hard not to get distracted by all of the options but really your customers (residents & owners) want to find the info they need quickly and you want to represent your company as professionally as possible.
