Some ACH companies specialize in Resident payments, and this would be a good choice if you are just starting with online payments. A great place to start your search is by asking fellow members of your local apartment association. If you are using AppFolio Property Manager, you can get a complete ACH solution that is fully integrated with your property management accounting. Having an integrated solution saves a lot of time.
