Welcome to our coverage of NARPM’s 22nd Annual Convention and Trade Show in Seattle, WA at the Seattle Sheraton Downtown. This year’s theme is “Dare To Soar”. Please, feel free to share your experiences in the comments area at the bottom of this post.

DAY 1 (Oct. 13)

8:30 AM – It’s a beautiful day for the Past Presidents’ Golf Tournament sponsored by AppFolio. This year’s tournament benefits a great charity – Creative Living Options (CLO), a non-profit agency that provides supported living services for adults managing developmental disabilities.

6:30 PM – This year’s theme is dare to soar.

6:37 PM – Trade Show Chair Marty Hutchison of Boardwalk Real Property Management and Mike Randolph of AppFolio get ready for ribbon cutting to start NARPM 2010.

6:41 PM – GreenPropertyManagement.com iPad bar – ready to go!

8:07 PM – Guests mingle at the 2010 NARPM Convention and Trade Show cocktail party.

DAY 2 (Oct. 14)

8:05 AM – The team at Property Professionals from New Braunfels, TX, enjoy breakfast.

8:06 AM – Cheers to the start of a great 2010 NARPM Conference.

8:09 AM – Jock McNeil from Aliance Property Management and Owen fight over the fruit.

8:11 AM – Mike Randolph of AppFolio enjoys his morning coffee.

8:50 AM – Rebekah with Willow Properties and Jamie with Home Team Northwest Property Management enjoy time with AppFolio’s Albert Oaten.

9:20 AM – The team at Rentbits invites people to spin the wheel and win iTunes, chocolate or even $50.

9:21 AM – Congratulations Rentbits for making it into the Inc. 500.

9:43 AM – Specialized Property Management rockin’ the iPad bar as Aimee Miller and Mike Randolph look on.

11:45 AM – Lunch time!

11:54 AM – Beverly with Armadillo Property Management…they are actually in Colorado! Hard on the outside soft on the inside ! She eats lunch with Sidney from HomePointe.
