College and university campuses are increasingly defining sustainable practices for their campus communities. This is, in turn, raising the bar for students’ off-campus expectations.
If your property is near enough to a campus to provide housing to students or staff, take a moment to assess any green attributes that could be leveraged to attract eco-conscious tenants.
